MY STORY
I am from London UK, but live nomadically, exploring new places every few months, treading the earth in places like Bali, Thailand and Costa Rica. Through this lifestyle I get to meet many new people, and soak up inspiration for the art and design I create.
My life wasn’t always like this. For five years I lived the ‘rat-race’ in London, and struggled with chronic fatigue for two of them. After healing, I decided I wanted something different for myself, and so booked a one way flight to Costa Rica where the adventures began.
Whilst on my travels, I started this design business so that I could continue to live and work with freedom. I love what it’s evolved into, although along the journey I often felt the pressure to hustle and ‘prove’ my business was good enough.
This led me to realise that it’s not just about what your business looks like on the outside, but what it feels like on the inside. Because of this, I’m an advocate for mindfulness, slow living, self-expression and listening to the whispers of your intuition to lead a life that’s good for you.
As women, we often face the shame of being seen as ‘selfish’, but I believe we need to reclaim this word. It’s essential to prioritise ourselves in order to truly harness our gifts and live the life we are worthy of. I’m passionate about helping women lean into this notion, by tapping into their unique gifts, passions and desires, to cultivate a business and life they love. To me, this is what it means to be empowered.
